    As SUPRITÖ® offers oversized fit, if you are not sure about sizing we recommend going one size down from your regular size for an oversized fit. For example, if you usually wear a size L, you may prefer a size M with us. However, we provide a detailed sizing chart on our website to help you choose the perfect fit based on your measurements.
  • What are the care instructions for SUPRITÖ® t-shirts?
    To ensure the longevity of your SUPRITÖ® t-shirts, we recommend inside out machine washing with cold water and air-drying in shade. Avoid dry cleaning and direct ironing on the print to preserve the colors and quality of the garment.

  • What is a pre-order with SUPRITÖ®?
    A pre-order with SUPRITÖ® allows you to reserve an item that is available for purchase but will be shipped out based on the specified date mentioned in the product description. Please read the product details carefully when placing pre-order items.
  • Where do we deliver?
    We deliver all orders from SUPRITÖ® both within India and internationally to all 192 countries.
  • Where is my order shipped from?
    All online orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Kolhapur Maharashtra.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    Online orders from SUPRITÖ® are eligible for free shipping within India. International orders have an additional shipping charge based on the delivery address, which is mentioned at the time of checkout.
  • Do you have a store pick-up option?
    We do not have any stores currently. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep.
  • When can I expect my delivery?
    We ship all orders within 24 hours unless specified otherwise (e.g., pre-orders). Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within India and 5-10 working days for international orders.
  • Which courier do we use?
    Most of our shipments are fulfilled by BlueDart Air Courier Service within India. For other pin codes, our shipping aggregator assigns the strongest courier partner for prompt delivery. If no other courier is available at your pincode then we send it through India Post.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date. For international orders, we use a local courier service and will share the tracking number with you personally vai email and or WhatsApp number.
  • Why is my order not shipped after it is confirmed?
    Due to logistical issues, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping, but rest assured we aim to fulfill all confirmed orders.
  • Why is my order not delivered after the mentioned date?
    Logistic issues beyond our control may cause delayed deliveries; feel free to contact us, and we will address the situation promptly.
  • Are there any extra charges for international orders?
    When placing an order for delivery overseas from our site, please note that you may incur additional import duties and taxes upon arrival at the specified destination. These charges are levied by customs authorities and must be borne by you. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Therefore, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Failure to pay these charges or refusal to do so may result in your order being returned to us, and we will be unable to refund the shipping costs. Additionally, there may be associated costs with the return process, which will be deducted from any refund value. In certain situations, if duties and taxes remain unpaid, your order may be confiscated or destroyed by customs. In such instances, we are unable to refund the product or shipping costs.
  • How do I confirm my order status?
    Your order is confirmed with a 5-digit order number (e.g., #9999). We ship all orders within 24 hours and send an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
  • I cannot place an order online.
    No worries! Contact our WhatsApp chat to place an order over the phone instantly, providing the required product details and shipping information.
  • Can I cancel or amend my order?
    Once confirmed with an order number, orders cannot be canceled. However, you can modify the size or product if the order is in 'unfulfilled' status. Email support@suprito.com immediately with your order number and requested changes.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    You can modify the delivery address if the order is in 'unfulfilled' status. Email support@suprito.com immediately with your order number and the new address.
  • How do I apply my store credit?
    Use the provided code at the end of checkout for store credit. It can be used online.
  • Why isn't my store credit working?
    Store credits are valid for one month from the issue date. Ensure you use it within this period to avoid expiration.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Online Purchases can be done through the following payment methods: card, amex and UPI. Please note that because of the limited edition nature we do not accept COD for online purchases.
  • The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
    We do not restock designs or sizes once sold out, maintaining exclusivity for our customers.
  • I won’t be home to accept my order. What should I do?
    Have someone available to accept the delivery. Inform us at support@suprito.com if you need to hold the shipment until you're available to avoid return to origin (RTO).
  • I have received a faulty/damaged product. What do I do?
    Email support@suprito.com with your order number and pictures showing the defects. Once confirmed, our team will recall the product to the warehouse and ship a fresh piece to you.
  • My order has an incorrect/missing item. What do I do?
    Email support@suprito.com with your order number and pictures showing the issue. Once confirmed, our team will recall the incorrect/missing item and ship a replacement to you.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, we have an exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product for online orders. To initiate an exchange, email support@suprito.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • How does the exchange process work?
    All exchanges undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product is returned after use, damaged, or missing tags. Once approved, we process the exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Can I return the product for a refund?
    We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce. All orders are final, and we do not provide refunds.
